We are looking for a skilled Associate to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This is a contract position with the potential for a permanent role, offering an excellent opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with three days per week in the office. The role is ideal for professionals with expertise in civil litigation and personal injury law who thrive in a dynamic and collaborative setting.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct depositions and effectively represent clients during legal proceedings.
• Draft motions and other legal documents with precision and adherence to case requirements.
• Handle civil litigation matters, ensuring thorough preparation and strategic execution.
• Provide legal counsel on personal injury cases, leveraging in-depth knowledge of applicable laws.
• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Utilize expertise in insurance and medical records to support case development.
• Manage tasks in compliance with deadlines and organizational goals.
• Participate in mid-year performance reviews and bonus assessments.
• Adhere to the hybrid work model, attending the office three days per week.
• Must be a licensed attorney with active credentials.
• Demonstrated experience in civil litigation and handling personal injury cases.
• Proven ability to draft detailed and accurate legal documents, including motions.
• Strong skills in conducting depositions and managing legal proceedings.
• Familiarity with insurance and medical record analysis is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of work.
