Labor Law PC is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney to join our amazing team! Fully remote.

We limit our cases to high-value matters with deserving clients so we can do exceptional work and transform people’s lives.
The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 5 years of experience as an employment litigation attorney;
Ability to manage a case from start to finish;
Strong writing and verbal communication skills;
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and other attorneys.
Strong negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases at one time.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize duties.

Compensation is based on experience. Generous benefits, including health and retirement/pension plans (including employer’s contribution of 5% total annual pay) .
