We are partnered with a well-capitalized and growing renewable energy platform who is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to support its expanding portfolio of utility-scale energy projects across the U.S. This organization takes a long-term, strategic approach to development and is actively investing in large-scale infrastructure aligned with the energy transition.
The Role
This position will play a key role in managing land and real estate documentation across multiple active projects. The Paralegal will partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure agreements and related data are accurately maintained throughout the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, organize, and maintain land agreements including leases, easements, amendments, and access agreements
- Track key obligations, deadlines, and deliverables tied to land and development activities
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to support project advancement and greenfield efforts
- Work with external vendors, landowners, title companies, and legal counsel to facilitate documentation and execution
- Maintain and update agreement databases and contract management systems
- Support data entry and reporting across internal tools and platforms
- Assist with entity formation documentation and general administrative support
- Track and manage executed NDAs, MSAs, and related agreements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in land administration, real estate operations, contract/paralegal support, or a related field
- Background in renewable energy or infrastructure preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of documentation across multiple projects
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally and with external partners
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
