Foreclosure Attorney Position in Buffalo, NY
We are seeking a talented attorney to join our team in the foreclosure department. Our firm represents Community Associations and we are dedicated to creating a team-oriented environment that prioritizes making our office the best place to work. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2+ years of plaintiff’s foreclosure representation (mortgage foreclosures qualify) who is looking for growth and stability.
Position Details:
Competitive salary of $115,000 DOE plus significant quarterly bonus opportunities

Hybrid work from home environment permitted following the training period

Compensation:
$115,000 DOE plus bonuses
Responsibilities:
Draft documents related to plaintiff’s foreclosure cases (similar to mortgage foreclosures)
Compose Lis pendens documents
Prepare summons and complaints
Draft and oppose motions associated with a typical foreclosure
Write correspondence regarding assigned files
Make court appearances
Facilitate client communication
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in mortgage foreclosures
Must be admitted in the State of New York
