Virtue Las Vegas is a craft cannabis brand located in the heart of Las Vegas, Nevada. We are looking for candidates with managerial cannabis compliance experience.
A qualifiable candidate will successfully:
Be fluent in the Metrc/other Seed to Sale software systems.
Have 1+ years of experience as a production compliance officer.
Have a current production agent card from the state of Nevada.
Ensure all products in the facility are cataloged accurately through all stages of production.
Ensure all extraction data is accurate and meets the rigorous requirements of the state of Nevada.
Ensure the facility is compliant with all its product cataloging and data.
Coordinate sample testing with the lab manager and the testing lab to ensure the proper batches are being tested by the state certified labs.
Address and amend any compliance issues that may arise within the facility.
Perform walkthroughs throughout the facility to check for compliance in all areas.
Generate monthly reports.
Generate toll processing reports.
Double check Metrc for accuracy.
Retrieve information from the lab with details of how product will be made into what types of product.
Address all product failures and submit a request for extraction/retest.
Perform all testing for material.
Create all orders and send appropriate information to transportation services in a timely manner.
Conduct monthly/quarterly inventory reports.
Retrieve material from the company’s vault, check Metrc tags in order to confirm the product’s weight before and after, accurately record all waste, and ensure that all information is ready to submit to the state.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Shift will be Mon-Fri from 7am-4pm.
Production Agent card / General OSHA 10-30 certification preferred
