Responsibilities

Conduct legal research, investigate facts, and develop legal arguments.
Draft, review, and manage legal documents such as contracts, depositions, and pleadings.
Prepare and submit court documents, ensuring deadlines are met.
Organize and maintain case records for easy access.
Track legal updates and inform the team to maintain a strategic advantage.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Commercial or Real Estate Litigation preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Salary ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 annually, based on experience and contributions.
