Job Summary: Three attorney law office at Seattle’s Fishermen’s Terminal seeks an administrative assistant to file, interact with clients in-person and by phone and email, and assist with general office administrative tasks. Organization, reliability, and follow-through are imperative. Legal experience is not necessary. We are happy to train a candidate who is friendly and willing to learn. Responsibilities:

Answer phones and greet visitors to the office.
Witness the signing of Wills and related documents.
Respond to client inquiries via phone and email.
Order and maintain office supplies.
General office upkeep: light cleaning, making coffee, watering plants, emptying trash/recycling, ordering office supplies.
Calendar meetings and phone calls.
Filing
Organize paper mailings received by and sent from office.

Basic Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (including Outlook, Word, Excel).
Ability to organize and prioritize work while recognizing deadlines.
Reliable.
Pleasant phone voice and demeanor.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability to new developments and general teachability.
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

Office experience or knowledge (not necessary, but a huge plus).
Experience or knowledge with Microsoft Office .
