Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in AML, compliance, or investigation roles
- Strong understanding of AML regulations, laws, and best practices
- Familiarity with AML software such as Actimize, Hogan, Lexus, or SQL is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with regulatory bodies, law enforcement, and internal teams
- Certifications like CAMS are preferred
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with workflow management and investigation procedures
- Knowledge of SAR filing and documentation standards
- Prior experience supporting audits and compliance reviews
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on AML investigation experience
- Relevant certifications such as CAMS are highly desirable
