We are hiring on behalf of a client, a global Fortune 500 construction and engineering organization in Malaysia, for Corporate Commercial Staff roles within their expanding project teams.
This is a structured entry-level opportunity designed for fresh graduates and junior professionals to develop commercial, project coordination, and technical support capabilities within large-scale infrastructure and construction projects.
Candidates will receive training and work closely with experienced teams supporting ongoing commercial and project operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Support commercial and project operations across construction projects
• Assist with material quantity calculations and cost-related tasks
• Support documentation, reporting, and project coordination activities
• Assist in project planning and administrative processes
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Support general operational and commercial requirements
• Participate in structured training and development programs
Candidate Requirements
Eligibility
• Must be authorized to work in Malaysia
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• No visa sponsorship available
Experience
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
• 1–3 years of relevant experience is also acceptable
Education
Preferred backgrounds:
• Business-related disciplines (preferred)
• Science-related disciplines
• Computer Science or related fields
• Other backgrounds may be considered for strong candidates
Skills
• Basic AutoCAD knowledge preferred
• Ability to understand or learn quantity calculations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn in a structured training environment
Working Schedule
• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:00
• Saturday: 08:00 – 13:00
• Lunch Break: 12:00 – 14:00
