Role Description
This is a full-time remote Advocate role at Levant & Partners law firm. The Advocate will represent clients in legal proceedings, draft legal documents, and provide legal counsel across various practice areas, such as Corporate Law, M&A, Tax, and Dispute Resolution. The role involves conducting legal research, negotiating settlements, preparing case strategies, and collaborating with internal teams and international partners to deliver optimal solutions for clients.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Corporate Law, M&A, Tax Law, and Intellectual Property
- Proficiency in Legal Research, Case Strategy Development, and Legal Document Drafting
- Strong skills in Negotiation, Arbitration, and Dispute Resolution
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working across international jurisdictions is advantageous
- Membership or familiarity with international legal associations (e.g., Advoc, IBA, INTA) is a plus
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent, and valid license to practice law in relevant jurisdictions
