No experienced necessary will train the right candidate. This is a higher income position in a unique area of practice. Current pipeline on a set % of settlement immediate income. Flexible hours, remote and 40-50 hour work weeks. Multistate Law Firm focused in the property casualty litigation industry is seeking an licensed attorney preferably licensed in multiple states such as South Carolina/ Georgia or Georgia/ Alabama etc. The right candidate should have the desire to learn a new area of law or have existing experience.

Negotiation Experience
Availability and flexibility is a must for Pre Client Intake/ Consults on a daily basis
Attorney will conduct EOU’s, Recorded Statements, Draft Litigation Docs, File Suit and conduct a multitude of pre-litigation responses based on state statute
Some experience in roofing, construction is helpful but not required.

Training: This is a remote position however will be employed by the firm located in Florida. One on one training with contractor and firm.

Compensation: Attorney shall receive a % of gross settled claims based on experience. Current attorney’s in this space settle 20+ cases per month (pre-suit) with an average of $15,000 per month of income generated to start.
