Job Summary

Preeminent is seeking a Full Time Logistics and Compliance Officer to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing inventory for all company equipment. That includes but is not limited to technical equipment and employee uniforms. The ideal candidate must be able to create a tracking system, analyze inventory, coordinate logistics of equipment distribution and return, and organize and maintain the uniform storage center. You will also prepare, route, and manage purchase orders, review shipment materials, and monitor shipment costs.

We require a high level of organization and documentation skills, and be able to collaborate with site leadership and employees. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, data management systems, and willing to work in a storage facility. It is imperative that the Logistics Coordinator has strong customer service, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage employee uniform and equipment inventory.
Work closely with the uniform and supply company to maintain inventory and supplies
Complete all reports and paperwork as required
Order Supplies/Equipment/Uniforms
Work with Compliance to monitor posts for needed supplies
Ensure issuance of uniforms and all distribution of assets are tracked
Conduct field inspections to ensure that uniforms and equipment meet company standard

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Logistics.
Military or warehousing background preferred.
Armed SPO License or police background a plus.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule.
Have good driving record, personal car insurance and personal vehicle.
Must be able to physically perform the basic life operational functions of climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, and repetitive motions
Must be willing to work inside and outside of warehouse/storage facility and office environment
