Civil Litigation Attorney Jobs in Chino, CA at FAF Group inc
We are seeking an experienced California BAR licensed attorney to join us as a long-term Of Counsel / Contract Attorney.
Responsibilities
- Handle civil litigation matters from pre-litigation through trial when necessary
- Shipping, Logistics, in the transportation Laws
- Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
- Represent the company in commercial disputes, contract disputes, collections, and other civil matters
- Provide legal advice on business operations and risk management
- Work closely with company management on ongoing legal matters
Qualifications
- Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
- Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of California civil procedure
- Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience with transportation, trucking, logistics, or commercial litigation is a plus
