We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Legal Assistant/Support Staff to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to attorneys, case managers and clients to ensure smooth operations and outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Clerk Duties:
Schedule and manage hearings, depositions, meetings, and deadlines.
Maintain and update attorney calendars to ensure no conflicts.
Send timely reminders and follow-ups for all scheduled activities.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
Answer multi-line phones, direct calls, and handle inquiries efficiently.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including legal documents.
Maintain effective phone etiquette while communicating with clients, courts, and other legal professionals.
Settlement Document Processing:
Draft, review, and finalize settlement documents with precision.
Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and opposing counsel to ensure timely execution.
Organize and maintain digital and physical settlement records.
Organize case-related materials and maintain an orderly office environment to enhance productivity.
Experience
Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Familiarity with workers’ compensation or personal injury law is a plus but not mandatory.
Proficiency in document management systems and legal software applications is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
