Abstractor Jobs in Syracuse, NY at Capital Abstract of CNY, Inc.
Our office is currently looking for an Abstractor to be apart of our busy Abstract and Title company in the Syracuse area.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Searching real estate records along with plotting property on tax maps.
Search and evaluate records relating to titles of homes, land and buildings.
Ensure that title to a property in question has no restrictions that may prevent or hinder its sale or use.
Examine deeds, deeds of trust, liens, judgments and easements to determine ownership and to verify legal descriptions of property.
Experience is preferred but willing to train the right person. Pay is dependent upon experience.
Candidate must have a high school diploma.
Attention to detail is a must.
This is a Full-Time position working 37.50 per week.
