We are recruiting for one of the top-ten Private Equity firms worldwide. You will join a small and highly-specialised team as a Corporate Administrator. You will work directly with the company’s decision makers, help building the functions and structure to establish Luxembourg as the main hub within the group.
Your role
You will manage a portfolio of Luxembourg fund structures, acting as the main point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating incorporations, bank account openings, corporate changes and regulatory filings with TPAs, lawyers, notaries and advisers
• Managing board and shareholder meetings, including governance documentation and board packs
• Ensuring corporate records and executed documents are accurate and properly maintained
• Coordinating annual accounts, audits, tax, VAT, FATCA/CRS and distribution processes
• Handling day-to-day corporate administration and operational matters
This role offers genuine ownership of fund structures, combining hands-on corporate administration with broad exposure to alternative investment vehicles and close interaction with multiple stakeholders.
Your profile
• Around 3 years of experience within a TPA, AIFM or professional services firm
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg fund and corporate administration
• Good understanding of AIFMD and Luxembourg regulatory requirements
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of finance or accounting is an asset
• Well-organised, proactive and detail-oriented
• Able to manage priorities, work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset
