Join our international team of highly skilled lawyers and work alongside legal professionals with global experience, tackling complex and impactful projects.
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities:
- Contract Review & Management – Ensure legal soundness and compliance of all company contracts
- Legal Advisory & Compliance Management – Provide accurate and timely legal advice to business units
- Litigation & Dispute Resolution – Support or manage legal cases and dispute settlements
- Regulatory Monitoring & Legal Training – Maintain up-to-date legal compliance knowledge
- Other tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Degree in Law, ideally with international education or experience working in a global context.
- 3+ years of relevant legal experience
- Experience in a law firm or in-house legal team within an international corporation, preferably in the shipping, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong spoken and written English skills, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
- Fast learner who can adapt and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
