Role – Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney
- Defend complex medical negligence and wrongful-death claims
- Work directly with physicians, healthcare institutions, experts and senior trial attorneys
- Handle matters from initial investigation through mediation, arbitration and trial preparation
- Develop genuine courtroom and trial skills within an established healthcare litigation practice

Requirements
- 3+ years civil litigation experience
- Substantive medical malpractice defense experience
- Active Florida Bar admission
- Strong deposition, motion practice and case-management skills

- Trial or substantial trial-preparation experience highly valued
