Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex, high-volume calendars across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and client interactions with precision
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Triage and prioritize incoming emails and communications for attorneys
  • Oversee client onboarding, including conflicts checks, engagement letters, and database updates
  • Own billing processes, including proformas, invoicing, and budget tracking
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and vendor payments
  • Draft, format, and edit a variety of legal documents with accuracy
  • Support meetings, video conferences, and client events
  • Maintain organized client and matter files while ensuring compliance standards
  • Partner cross-functionally to support team needs and provide overflow assistance
  • Handle all responsibilities with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant legal support experience
  • Proven experience supporting multiple senior professionals, ideally attorneys
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing calendars, billing, and client coordination
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to deliver highly accurate work
  • Professional, polished, and articulate presence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a large law firm environment
  • Background in corporate/transactional work (M&A experience strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with electronic billing systems and budget tracking
  • Bachelor’s degree
