Job Description
- Support overseas business operations across Europe, the US and APAC.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial, technology and strategic partnership agreements.
- Advise on export control, data privacy, competition law and cross-border employment matters.
- Manage legal risks associated with global business expansion.
- Handle overseas disputes, arbitration and litigation matters.
- Support corporate governance and overseas subsidiary management.
- Build and optimise bilingual contract templates and approval processes.
- Deliver compliance training and legal support to business teams.
主要职责：
- 支持欧美及亚太地区业务发展；
- 起草、审核及谈判中英文商业合同；
- 就出口管制、数据合规、反垄断等问题提供法律支持；
- 处理跨境法律风险及争议事项；
- 负责海外主体治理和合规管理；
- 优化合同管理体系及流程；
- 为业务团队提供法律培训与支持。
The Successful Applicant
- Qualified lawyer with 8+ years of legal experience.
- Experience supporting international business operations.
- Strong knowledge of commercial contracts and cross-border compliance.
- Familiarity with export control, data protection and antitrust regulations.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced global environment.
- Fluent English and Mandarin.
