主要职责： Focus on FDI projects, including handling legal due diligence, documentation review, legal research and assessment drafting. Advising foreign investors on general corporate matters as well. Coordination with other service lines 主要涉及外商直接投资项目，包括法律尽职调查，文件审核，法律研究和起草法律分析。协助外国投资者处理一般公司事务。协调其他财税等业务部门。 Qualifications: 岗位要求： Min 3 PQE experiences and PRC bar examination passed 至少三年法律相关的工作经验，并通过法律职业资格考试 English language skills
