⚔️ The Role
• Manage complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts
• Draft dispositive motions, pleadings and substantive briefs
• Develop case strategy directly with partners and clients
• Take increasing ownership of matters from inception through resolution
Requirements
• 4+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Massachusetts Bar admission / ability to practice immediately strongly preferred
• State and federal court experience
• Construction, white-collar or other specialist litigation experience particularly attractive (not a must have)
