Branch Manager – Law Firm (Dammam)
The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and professional operation of the Dammam branch. This includes leading the legal team, ensuring high service quality, and aligning branch performance with the firm’s strategic goals. The Branch Manager will report directly to senior management and will be responsible for team leadership, client relationship management, and operational decision-making.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage daily operations of the Dammam branch
• Ensure legal services are delivered with accuracy, quality, and compliance
• Monitor branch performance and create regular operational and financial reports
• Supervise, train, and evaluate branch staff, including legal professionals
• Drive business development efforts and maintain key client relationships
• Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business (legal background preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial and corporate law
• Proven experience in team management and leadership
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong negotiation, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Previous experience in law firm administration is a plus
