Workers’ Comp Legal Assistant Responsibilities:

Effectively communicate with clients, attorneys and court representatives
Must have knowledge of Worker’s Comp Law
Workers’ Comp Legal Assistant Requirements:
MUST have 2+ years of Workers’ Compensation experience
Paralegal certification is a plus!
