Draft clear, concise, and well-supported legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met and expectations are managed.
Independently manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work environment.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Workers Compensation defense.
Strong analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in reviewing medical records and drafting legal documents.
Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the Florida Bar is in good standing.
Proven ability to manage cases and work independently in a virtual or remote setting.
