Looking for highly organized and motivated candidate in a fast-paced high volume personal injury law firm in Southfield. The ideal candidate should be client oriented and comfortable handling regular phone as well as in person communication with clients, providers, and insurance carriers. We are looking for someone reliable, hardworking, with a keen attention to detail, able to multitask and be a team player. Looking for a candidate who is a great communicator with strong computer and phone skills. Knowledge of PIP, auto negligence and Michigan no-fault a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
Provide proactive, daily interaction with existing and potential clients, insurance companies, and providers
Setup No-Fault claims with insurance carriers
Obtain benefits for clients
Work with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to obtain medical records and billing
Obtain documents necessary to support injury and/or liability positions
Work directly with coworkers involved in the management and support of pre-suit case files
Maintain organized and up to date case files
Salary for this position is $50,000.00/yr. or more commensurate with experience. Insurance including medical dental and vision offered, as well as a 401K plan with employer matching.
