Independently manage and handle a full family law caseload
Support colleagues with complex legal issues and strategy

Compensation:
$160,000 – $250,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Handle family law matters from intake through resolution, including divorce, custody, child support, and related issues, with proven courtroom experience.
Develop and execute case strategies through thorough legal research and analysis.
Leverage strong writing and analytical skills in drafting motions, pleadings, and supporting documentation throughout all phases of litigation.
Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials with professionalism and confidence.
Draft, review, and manage legal documents with precision, maintaining exceptional organization and time management.
Stay up to date with changes in Georgia family law through ongoing research, CLEs, and professional development.
Qualifications:
Effectively communicate with clients of varying levels of understanding on technical/legal matters with empathy and knowledge
Interact professionally with a range of contacts, including external attorneys, senior management, clients, and support staff, demonstrating high personal integrity and ethical standards
Monitor and manage billable hours to ensure all client and case management requirements are met efficiently
Essential experience in Family Law
Active license to practice law in Georgia
Possess strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities
