Kaye Bender Rembaum, PL is a full-service commercial law firm dedicated to the representation of community associations throughout Florida. Our Palm Beach Gardens office is actively seeking a Community Association Attorney to join our Firm!
Must have Florida Bar License and live within a reasonable commute to the office!
*** Attorneys with HOA experience and a book of clients – salary may be negotiable ***
The successful candidate will focus ongeneral operational issues for our Community Association clients.
License to practice as an attorney in the State of Florida.
Exposure to community associations or corporate law is a plus.
Effectively communicate in writing with counsel, clients, and actively engage in all aspects of a thriving community association practice.
Display energetic, positive, talented, and highly motivated attitude combined with excellent written communication and drafting skills.
Ability to speak to audiences regarding clients’ questions or concerns.
Self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team.
Local travel during business hours and evenings to meet the needs of our clients.
