Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IP Specialist to join our team. The IP Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of intellectual property, including conducting patent research, filing patent applications, and protecting the company’s intellectual property rights.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Conduct patent research to identify potential patent opportunities
Draft and file patent applications
Work closely with inventors and attorneys to protect intellectual property rights
Monitor and enforce intellectual property rights, including trademark and copyright protection
Keep abreast of intellectual property laws and regulations
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as law or engineering
Previous experience working in intellectual property
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
