Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners
Manage employment law matters and workplace policies
Handle incident investigations, claims, and litigation support
Advise on safety regulations, licensing, and permits
Develop and implement legal policies and procedures
Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
Familiarity with lien laws, collection processes, and related legal procedures for our redi-mix division
Qualifications
Active license to practice law in Oklahoma
3+ years of legal experience
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $120,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
