Job Description:
We are seeking a semi-retired Florida-licensed attorney with a background in consumer debt, real estate, or contract law to join our team on a part-time or consulting basis. This is an ideal role for a seasoned legal professional looking to stay active while making a meaningful impact in clients’ lives.
Responsibilities:
Provide legal consultation and oversight on debt relief strategies
Review and approve settlement plans and client agreements
Ensure compliance with Florida state laws and federal regulations
Support the team with legal insights on contract structuring and debt negotiations
Serve as a professional liaison when legal clarity is required
Qualifications:
Active Florida Bar license (in good standing)
10+ years of legal experience in relevant practice areas
Strong understanding of consumer debt and financial regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Availability for flexible, remote work
Review and approve settlement plans and client agreements

Compensation:
Competitive hourly or retainer-based rate (DOE)
