Job Responsibilities
Represent clients in all aspects of workers’ compensation law proceedings.
Manage caseloads and provide legal advice.
Draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, motions, and agreements.
Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
Negotiate settlements and protect clients’ rights.
Stay updated on workers’ compensation laws.
Collaborate with team members to ensure quality representation.
Develop litigation strategies.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active member of the State Bar Association.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in workers’ compensation litigation including trial work.
Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
High professionalism and ethical standards.
Experience in criminal law is a plus.
