Responsibilities
As a
Wills and Probate Solicitor , your primary responsibilities will include:
Advising clients on wills, trusts, and estate planning. Drafting wills and managing probate applications. Administering estates and handling complex probate cases. Supporting clients through all aspects of the probate process. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who has:
At least 3 years of experience
working in
wills and probate . Strong knowledge of wills, trusts, estate administration, and tax implications. Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
. A proactive and organized approach to managing a varied caseload. A commitment to upholding the highest standards of

and integrity.
