Role Description
This is a full-time, salaried, hybrid role for a Wills & Estates Lawyer at Westcoast Wills & Estates. The Wills & Estates Lawyer will be responsible for providing comprehensive estate and incapacity planning services, assisting with probate applications and advice for executors. The role will involve regular work at our North Vancouver office with

Qualifications Experience in Wills & Estates law Knowledge of estate and incapacity planning
Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills
Excellent
communication
and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
and strong organization skills
Ability to work independently and in a team Admission to the bar in British Columbia Graduated from a Canadian Law School
Experience with
probate applications is a plus Experience in a complementary area of law such as corporate, family, real estate or tax is a plus Second language is a plus
