The Role:
Underwrite W&I policies across a broad range of private M&A transactions Partner with legal advisors, deal teams, and brokers to deliver tailored solutions under tight deadlines Take ownership of deals from submission to execution, balancing legal rigour with commercial judgement Contribute to a
collaborative
, knowledge-sharing team with a commitment to excellence
What We’re Looking For:
W&I underwriting experience is ideal, though we welcome lawyers or transactional advisors seeking a new direction Strong communicator with a team-first mindset and a clear grasp of deal risk and client needs Commercial, driven, and excited by the pace and variety of the transactional risk space
