Yatooma Law, P.C. is seeking an Intake Coordinator & Receptionist. Flexible/part-time work from home is available. Our main areas of practice include Business, Corporate & Franchise Litigation, Legal & Medical Malpractice, and Serious Injury. With our addition of new counsel, we have recently expanded our practice areas to include Cyber Security. These potential clients have been exposed to privacy violations which may include those of a sexual nature. Any candidate would need to be sensitive to the needs of these potential clients and aware that such intakes may include exposure to graphic material or traumatic situations.
Responsibilities:
Conduct intakes of potential clients.
Engage in regular communication with clients and potential clients.
Maintain confidential, sensitive information with discretion.
Perform administrative tasks to support the legal team, to include scheduling, filing, scanning, data entry, and the like.
Depending on the location of the candidate, responsibilities could be expanded to include courier services.
Requirements:
An always positive attitude.
Energetic, optimistic communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage your time well, while working in a fast-paced law firm environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and the technical savvy necessary to learn other software applications such as court-filing systems.
Strong typing and writing skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
