Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Trial Lawyer with a minimum of five years of proven courtroom experience in personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will excel in litigation strategy, negotiation, and trial advocacy, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a passion for client advocacy.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough pre-suit investigations, including reviewing medical records, accident reports, and evidence to evaluate claim viability and strategy.
Prepare and negotiate pre-suit demands, effectively communicating with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel to secure favorable settlements prior to litigation.
Independently handling litigation matters from inception through trial.
Developing case strategies, managing discovery, and preparing for and conducting trials.
Negotiating settlements effectively while always prepared for trial.
Maintaining direct and effective communication with clients.
Collaborating with a dedicated team of paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
Minimum 5 years of litigation and trial experience, specifically in personal injury and/or mass tort cases.
Exceptional courtroom presence, negotiation skills, and advocacy experience.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and achieving favorable outcomes.
