Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Title Abstractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate law and title processing, with the ability to conduct thorough research and analysis of property records. As a Title Abstractor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of property titles which support the project.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive research on property titles, including examining public records, deeds, and legal documents.
Analyze and interpret data related to property ownership, liens, and encumbrances.
Summarize findings and provide clear insights into property history.
Maintain organized records of all research findings and documentation for future reference.
Skills
Strong research skills with the ability to analyze complex information accurately.
Knowledge of real estate law and title processing procedures.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of title work.
A working knowledge of Microsoft 365 is preferred.
