Key Responsibilities:
• Direct legal services for investment transactions
• Create selection protocols for external legal counsel
• Align legal guidance with corporate policies
• Ensure compliance with legal obligations and mandates
• Build trust with stakeholders and conduct training
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor or equivalent, eligible to practice in Ontario, Quebec, or Alberta
• At least ten years of relevant legal experience
• Strong background in project finance and compliance
• Proven ability to advise senior management
• Strong communication skills in English and French
