Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Expert Referral Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as the liaison between attorneys and expert consultants, managing referrals from initial request through to assignment. This position requires excellent communication skills, organizational efficiency, and a strong understanding of the legal services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate expert referrals for attorneys across a range of practice areas
Communicate clearly with law firms and consultants to confirm qualifications, availability, and scope
Track and update the status of referrals using internal systems
Prepare and send expert CVs and case summaries
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality throughout all communications
Qualifications:
Prior experience in legal services, consulting, or case management preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and CRM tools
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.91 – $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
