What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Operate independently while providing paralegal support to clients
Maintain timely communication with clients between 9 am – 6 pm
Assist in at least two areas of law, ensuring a diverse workload
Utilize technology and tools for effective case management and documentation
Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a remote work setting
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm setting
Proficiency in at least two areas of law
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Must have a Windows laptop and smartphone with internet access
Bachelor’s degree
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working remotely for 3+ years
Proficiency in legal research platforms and document management systems
Familiarity with cloud-based practice management tools (e.g., Clio)
Strong tech-savviness, particularly in Microsoft Office applications
