Carr Maloney P.C. is seeking a civil litigation associate to join our busy firm. Interested candidates should have 2 – 3 years of private law firm experience in deposition, discovery and motions practice. Some trial or arbitration experience as well as negotiating/settlement experience required. Candidate must have good written and oral skills, be detailed oriented and be able to handle a heavy caseload.
Candidates must be admitted to practice in Virginia or Maryland as well as the District of Columbia. West Virginia license a plus.
