Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure securities law compliance and regulatory alignment
• Liaise with TSX, IIROC, and SEC agencies
• Collaborate with external counsel on legal documents
• Manage legal due diligence for M&A transactions
• Prepare and review public disclosure materials
Requirements:
• Admission to the bar in relevant jurisdiction
• Minimum 3 years legal experience in mining
• Expertise in contracts and compliance
• Strong leadership and communication skills
