We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our small, collaborative team in Farmington, CT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate closings, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for providing outstanding support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leases, and financing.
Prepare, review, and file real estate documents, including contracts, deeds, due diligence, and closing documents.
Manage and organize transaction files, timelines, and related correspondence.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, title companies, lenders, and other parties involved in real estate transactions.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of commercial real estate closing experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with a variety of real estate closing software programs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
