Position: US Private Equity Growth, Associate
Execute private equity transactions and funding arrangements
Contribute to strategic M&A initiatives
Manage acquisitions and divestitures of assets and companies
Participate in the structuring and execution of joint ventures
What you must have :  Mid-Senior Associate with Class Years 2018 – 2020
3-4 years of M&A experience, with a focus on Private Equity M&A
Strong academic credentials
Experience with
private equity-backed companies strongly preferred
Excellent writing, communications, and interpersonal skills
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school

Salary / Rate Range : Â $215,000 to $415,000
Compensation aligned with standard market-rate salary scale
