- Gozel Law Firm PC is an immigration law firm dedicated to providing exceptional service through technology and fostering meaningful communication. We are currently hiring a full-time immigration paralegal to assist our legal team in representing both businesses and individuals with their immigration needs.
Note: Candidates must be available to work according to the New York Time Zone (ET).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed client intake, including initial screening, phone calls, emails, and collection of information for attorney review.
- Prepare and complete necessary forms for submission to USCIS and other legal entities.
- Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading various legal documents such as briefs, letters, and filings.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support the legal team across multiple cases.
- Manage administrative tasks, including updating client files, records, and databases.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a US-based immigration law firm is a plus.
- Fluency in both English and Turkish, with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Required: Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access and a computer.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
