Working alongside the firm's Founder and UK leadership team, you will drive commercial growth, develop strategic client relationships, and advise on some of the most high-profile legal, corporate, and reputational matters in the market.

As US General Manager, you will lead the firm's commercial expansion across the United States while serving as a trusted advisor to clients navigating litigation, investigations, corporate disputes, regulatory matters, and reputational issues. You will develop new business opportunities, strengthen relationships across the legal and corporate sectors, build a high-performing US team, and play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's long-term North American strategy. This is an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished leader who combines commercial acumen with outstanding strategic communications expertise and enjoys building businesses from the ground up.
The Role:
- Lead the growth and commercial strategy across the United States, driving revenue growth and expanding relationships with leading law firms, corporations, financial institutions, private capital firms, and professional services organizations
- Serve as senior strategic counsel on high-profile litigation, crisis communications, regulatory investigations, corporate disputes, shareholder activism, and reputation management matters while partnering closely with legal teams and executive leadership
- Build trusted relationships with General Counsel, litigation partners, CEOs, boards, investors, and senior communications leaders while delivering exceptional client service across complex domestic and cross-border engagements
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing US team while collaborating closely with colleagues in London to deliver seamless international client support and help shape the long-term direction of the North American business
- Represent the organization across the legal and corporate communities by developing industry partnerships, increasing market visibility, attending key events, and positioning the firm as a leading litigation communications consultancy in the United States
The Ideal Candidate:
- Senior leadership experience within a litigation communications, crisis communications, corporate affairs, reputation management, or strategic communications consultancy
- Demonstrated success in winning, growing, and managing sophisticated client relationships while delivering commercial growth and leading high-performing teams
- Extensive experience advising clients through litigation, regulatory investigations, corporate disputes, crisis situations, and other complex reputational matters
- Established relationships across the legal, corporate, financial, advisory, and media communities, particularly within the New York and/or Washington, D.C. markets
- Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding executive presence, commercial judgment, and the ambition to build and lead a rapidly growing international business
Title: US General Manager – Leading Litigation & Crisis Communications Consultancy Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Salary: $300,000 – 400,000 base + commission and bonus
