Pullman Morrison is seeking on behalf of a top-tier global law firm a US-qualified mid-level Associate to join its Corporate Practice in Greater China, focusing on US capital markets transactions—particularly IPOs and follow-on offerings for high-growth companies across Asia.
Working closely with a market-leading US capital markets partner known for advising on landmark IPOs and cross-border offerings for tech, biotech, and new economy clients, this role offers an exceptional platform for career growth and global exposure.
What You’ll Do:
Advise issuers and underwriters on US IPOs (including NYSE and Nasdaq listings), Rule 144A/Reg S offerings, and other equity and debt capital markets transactions
Work with high-profile technology, life sciences, and new economy companies throughout Greater China and Southeast Asia
Navigate complex cross-border regulatory frameworks, including SEC and Hong Kong/China-specific considerations
Collaborate with colleagues across the firm’s deeply interconnected global platform, including the US, EMEA, and APAC
What We’re Looking For:
US-qualified associate (New York or California admission preferred)
Class of 2019 to 2021
Solid experience in US securities law and capital markets from a leading international firm
Mandarin fluency (business level) is required
Strong interest in Asia markets and willingness to be based in Hong Kong, Shanghai, or Beijing
