The ideal candidate will be responsible for in-house legal matters including drafting agreements, addressing compliance issues, and participating in negotiation discussions. In order to succeed, this candidate should feel comfortable working with in-house and outside counsels on a variety of legal matters.
Qualifications
Licensed to practice in UK and have more than 5 years’ experience;
Experienced in retail related legal issues, and be familiar with product compliance related regulations, such as product labeling and product certification;
Understand product storage related issues, such as rules and regulations around storing food/healthcare/chargeable battery etc.;
Have strong communication skill and be willing to work hard;
