We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Legal officer, to join at our Sharjah Office in UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate EPC contracts, subcontracts, and consultancy agreements
- Handle Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), O&M contracts, and supplier/vendor agreements
- Provide legal support throughout the project lifecycle (development → execution → commissioning)
- Ensure compliance with local laws, energy regulations, and licensing requirements
- Assist in managing disputes, claims, and arbitration processes
- Ensure corporate governance compliance
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM preferred
- 0-2 years of legal experience (experience in EPC, infrastructure, or renewable energy is highly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of contract law, construction law, and commercial law
